Parkour is the activity of adaptation. How should one get from point A to point B? Creativity, speed, flow, flexibility, and great strength all come in to play when deciding how to overcome obstacles in our path. Our coaches work hard to ensure the success of every student interested in parkour by offering classes that cater to all ages and skill levels.

 

Level 1​

(Beginner)

Prerequisite: NQ Basics

Parkour is the activity of adaptation. How should one get from point A to point B? Creativity, speed, flow, flexibility, and great strength all come in to play when deciding how to overcome obstacles in our path. In level 1, students will learn and achieve the basics of parkour. Terminology and clean execution are the focus at this skill level.

 

Level 2

​(Intermediate)

Prerequisite: Level 1 Parkour

In level 2, students learn to refine and combine basic skills in order to gain a deeper understanding of parkour movement.​​

Level 3

(Advanced)

Prerequisite: Level 2 Parkour

Master parkour skills and define your personal style of movement. Being the highest level at Ninja Quest, this class is meant to push the limits of parkour.​​
