Frequently Asked Questions

How old do i have to be to use the gym?

We require all class and open gym participants to be at least eight years old. We do make exceptions for birthday parties and private lessons as long as there is a guardian present. Please call if you have any additional questions regarding our age policy.

What should I bring with me to the gym?

We ask that all guests at our gym bring a water bottle. If staying for more than an hour, you may also want to bring a snack. Don't worry, we have a water fountain and we sell beverages and snacks in case you forget. Please do not bring valuables or nonessential items to our gym. We prefer that those items stay safely at home since you will not need them.

What should I wear to Ninja Quest?

You should wear active clothing and shoes. You want to be comfortable and able to move freely. A T-shirt, sweatpants or shorts, and sneakers will do the trick! If you have long hair, you may want to keep it pulled back so it doesn't get in the way. We highly recommend that you wear shoes that have a strong grip and that have thin soles. This allows you to feel and grip the various obstacles in our gym and significantly decreases the risk of injuries and accidents. OLLO offers great shoes that work perfectly in our gym. Ask our front desk to try a pair out!

How do I start taking classes?

We are so glad you are interested! Before taking any specialized classes, everyone must take the NQ Basics course. Made of two sessions, NQ Basics give you brief lessons on the basic skills and and vocabulary needed in other classes. From there, you can sign up for any of our awesome classes through our front desk. We have several of each class throughout the week so that you can choose a schedule that best meets your needs. Memberships are recommended so that you can take full advantage of our gym and save money in the long run. If you would like to just come try out a class, walk-ins are just $20. You can go to our memberships and prices page to learn more about our prices.
