Be sure to mark your calendars because the American Ninja Warrior All-Stars special will return Monday, August 31 at 8pm on NBC!
It's been confirmed that there will be both a Skills Competition and a Team Competition. The skills competition will consist of the most insane obstacles that the American Ninja Warrior team can imagine. While the team competition will feature known ninjas, Matt Iseman, Akbar Gbajabiamila, and Zuri Hall, and the additional 3 teammates they each selected to go head to head.
We aren't sure who will win, but we do know that the competition will be fierce!
